Yesterday was a big day. From 10-12 we had four guests to bowl and eat red velvet cake and play with presents. We had actually planned to go skating, but little did we know that the city rinks had not been maintained since our last big snow, so the ice was bonded to the bottom of the snow which we couldn't even shovel off. So a last minute call to the bowling alley saved the day.
After lots of play, a nap, and phone calls with numerous well wishers, we spent a pleasant evening at Klara's favorite restaurant - Dino's Pizza - with Matt, Susan, Bella, and Pepi.
Klara also got her measurement recorded on the kitchen door. She grew 2.5 inches this year.
